Worth knowing

Prices:

All prices are per person per night on the basis of two full paying persons per room.
Children's prices apply for a maximum of 2 children per room. The price for the age group 13 - 16 years will be charged for all additional children, regardless of the child's actual age.

Arrival and departure:

Rooms are available on the day of arrival from 14.00 onwards. All rooms must be vacated on the day of departure by 11.00 - our chambermaids have a lot to do. Please let us know if you intend to arrive after 21.00!

Pets:

Your four-legged friend is also very welcome. A final cleaning fee of € 22,- is charged for stays of a week and over. Please do not forget a blanket for your pet to sleep on. Please be aware that dogs are not allowed in the restaurants.

Your booking is guaranteed on receipt of a deposit. Please pay direct payments into our

Cancellations:

No cancellation charges are made for cancellations up to 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. A cancellation fee of 70% of the agreed reservation is charged for cancellations after this date. The same applies for delayed arrival or premature departure. Please consider a holiday cancellation insurance - to avoid trouble and annoyance! The Austrian Hotel Regulations apply to the above. Venue for the settlement of disputes shall be Zell am See.

We prefer to take cash. However we accept EC (cash point) cards (no commission) and credit cards!
