The ultimate suite above the roofs of Zell am See. The Zeller towers over the lake and offers an unbelievable view over the lake from the round bed, but also to the Leoganger Steinberge and the Mountain - three brothers. The suite is equipped with a fireplace and of course with a private spa - sauna, bath and separate shower and separate toilet. Cable TV, direct dial telephone, room safe, free WiFi, minibar, balcony as well as bathrobes and towels for the wellness area.

The "Young & Royal" themed rooms are all located in our apartment house, which is connected to our main house by underground garage. In the spacious and royal double rooms you will feel like a princely couple. The soothing box spring beds ensure a fantastic sleep and the modern bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. Fast WiFi, cable TV, WC, hairdryer as well as a spa bag with towels, bathrobe and slippers are part of the basic equipment.
