Applicable Law / Legal Venue
All legal relations between “Romantikhotel Zell am See” and the user are governed exclusively by the laws of the Bezirksgericht Zell am See.
Where allowed, Zell am See is being agreed upon as the exclusive legal venue for all disputes arising from this usage relationship. Otherwise the statutory legal venue applies.

Worth to know 

Prices:
All prices are per person per night on the basis of two full paying persons per room.
      
Children's prices:
Children's prices apply for a maximum of 2 children per room. The price for the age group 13 - 16 years will be charged for all additional children, regardless of the child's actual age.
      
Overnight stay with breakfast:
Costs € 10,- less per person per day than half board.
      
Dogs & Cats:
Your four-legged friend is also very welcome. A final cleaning fee of € 22,- is charged for stays of a week and over. Please do not forget a blanket for your pet to sleep on!
      
Dogs:
Please be aware that dogs are not allowed in the restaurants.
      
Arrival and departure:
Rooms are available on the day of arrival from 14.00 onwards. All rooms must be vacated on the day of departure by 11.00 - our chambermaids have a lot to do. Please let us know if you intend to arrive after 21.00.
      
Bookings and reservations:
Your booking is guaranteed on receipt of a deposit. Please pay direct payments into our account no. 4000-86430 at the Bankhaus Carl Spängler, bank sort code (BLZ) 19530, IBAN AT231953000400086430, BIC SPAEAT2S
      
Cancellations:
No cancellation charges are made for cancellations up to 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. A cancellation fee of 70% of the agreed reservation is charged for cancellations after this date. The same applies for delayed arrival or premature departure. Please consider a holiday cancellation insurance - to avoid trouble and annoyance! The Austrian Hotel Regulations apply to the above. Venue for the settlement of disputes shall be Zell am See.
      
Payment:
We prefer to take cash. However we accept EC (cash point) cards (no commission) and credit cards!
