Things to know about the Romantikhotel Zell am See

Prices

All prices shown are per person per night on the basis of two full-paying guests per room.

Check-in and check-out

You can enter your room from 2:00 pm. You can use your room on the day of your departure until 11:00 am when our cleaning staff will clean your room. Please inform us if you plan on checking in after 9:00 pm!

Pets

Your four-legged friends are welcome here. We charge €15 per day for short-haired dogs and €25 per day for long-haired dogs. Please note that dogs are not allowed in all categories. Please don't forget a pet blanket or bed. We kindly ask you to note that dogs are not allowed in our dining room and wellness area.

Cancellation

Due to the uncertain situation, please ask the hotel directly about the cancellation conditions. These are constantly adapted to global conditions. Our direct bookers enjoy more accommodating cancellation conditions and we strive to find a solution together

Payment

We prefer cash, but are also happy to accept EC card (with no additional fees) and credit cards!

"Young & Royal" rooms and apartments

Our apartment house is located 50 metres from the Romantikhotel and can be reached by foot through the underground garage.

Parking area

Our hotel guests can park their car in our outside parking lot or for an extra charge of € 9.00/day in our underground garage. If you need more than one parking space, please let us know in advance.

An electric charging station (for a fee) can be found directly at the hotel car park for guests who arrive in an environmentally conscious manner with an electric vehicle.
