Reach the first limits on your hike in Zell am See-Kaprun only after reaching 2,600 meters. But carabiners will help you to further ascend in defined climbing areas towards the peak. Those who don’t feel comfortable climbing may also take one of the numerous mountain lifts or cable cars.

Is 3,200 meters high enough?

Reaching your destination, you will be amazed by the unique view from the 3,203 meter high Kitzsteinhorn or 2,000 meter high Schmittenhöhe peak looking over the entire region. This is the perfect time to take a break! Once recharged, you will feel fresh and full of energy to continue your hike.
